I bought Critter Credits/an item with Critter Credits and did not receive it in the gift box.

First, try refreshing the game and clearing the cache of your computer (Not sure how to clear your cache, instructions are listed here).  Also, check your records to verify that the purchase went through.  If the issue is still unresolved, please contact Customer Support with details on the specific item, amount, and time you made the purchase under the following link:
