I've Already Played On PurePlay Once, But Now I Can't Get Back In To Play Again

Double click the PurePlay icon on your computer's desktop. This will open the software and should take you to a login page, where you will need to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot My Password" link, and you can get a new one. Once you've correctly entered your email address and password, click "Play Now" on the login screen. This should take you to the lobby. If you continue to have problems, contact customer service at support@pureplay.com.
