How-to take a screenshot on a PC
Select Print Screen = Windows captures the entire screen and copies it to the clipboard.
Open Paint (or similar application)
Hold down the Control (CTRL) and V Windows pastes the screenshot (that is in the clipboard) into a document or image you are currently editing.
Save the image as a JPG and attach it to your email!

How-to take a screenshot on a Mac
Hold down Command and Shift and 3
Mac OS X captures the entire screen and saves it as a file on the desktop.
The file name will look like“Screen shot 2013-06-25 at 08.45.00 AM.png”.
How-to take a partial screenshot on a Mac
Hold down Command and Shift and 4
Use your mouse to draw a rectangle in order to specify what to capture – or press thespacebar and then click on something (e.g. awindow) to capture it.
Mac OS then saves it as a file on the desktop.
The file name will look like“Screen shot 2013-06-25 at 08.45.00 AM.png”.
