I lost my connection in the middle of the game and lost my cards!

If you are playing in a game that is being automatically marked for you, you can be assured that even though you experienced a connection issue with the game your cards were still marked and BINGO would have been automatically called for you. Any winnings would have been credited to your account.

If you are playing in a Manual Mark game, please contact Support with your Ryzing ID and Game ID. You can find the Game ID by going to the Balance History tab under your My Profile and clicking on the Bought Cards link.
