How Do I Contact Support?

A Link to Support is available in your Mobile game.

Tap Settings > Info, and then Support to open the Support site.

Or, you can go to our website at kitchenscramblemobile.rockyou.com. From there, click the 'Log In' button at the top right corner of the site to log in to your Facebook account. 

You will not be able to contact support without a Facebook login account. Once you are logged in, to submit a ticket, start by entering a search term here. Click on the 'Go!' button and at the very top of the page click on 'Create Support Ticket' button. Fill out all the information requested and submit your ticket. Depending on the volume of support requests at the time of submitting your request, reply times can vary. Most replies are received within 3 business days.

For users who are experiencing crashes or who are unable to load their game, please also include the following information:

Provide your Game ID. If you are synced, this is your Facebook ID.

Provide your device type 

iPad 1 or iPad 2

iPhone 4, 4s, 5

Android

Provide your Mobile OS version (ex. iOS 5, 6, Android Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean)

Please explain what you were doing in the game when you experienced the issue

If you have them available, a Device crash log
