Specified Queue Full

I tried to build or increase the level of a building, but saw the message, "Specified Queue is Full". What do I do?

We have received reports that when attempting to construct a new building or increase the level of an existing building you will be presented with the following message:

You can try refreshing your Internet browser and clearing your browser cache to resolve this issue.  If after attempting those steps you are still unable to build or upgrade, feel free to let us know. To help us sort and track this issue, we kindly ask that you use the subject line: "Building Queue Full" when writing in.
