I purchased Gold, where's my Package?
When you purchase Gold, you will receive a Package with your purchase. When you check your account, you may notice that your Gold has arrived but not your Package. Rest assured, your Package is on it way! Wait a few minutes and refresh your browser, and the package will appear in your Inventory.
When it arrives, the package will be placed into your inventory under the tab titled Chest. Click on the Use button and a window displaying what is contained in the package will pop up. Click on Ok at the bottom of the dialog and the items will be available in your Inventory.
Once you have located and opened your Package, the items will be available for use.
