What is a Petrified Titan? How do I train one?
What is a Petrified Titan?
A Petrified Titan is a new troop type available to be trained exclusively in the Gaea Spring Outpost.
The Petrified Titan is the oldest living creature in Atlantis. These petrified trees spend most of their time dormant, lying in wait. However, when provoked the Petrified Titan is a massive juggernaut that lumbers towards its enemy and destroys everything in its path.
Petrified Titans are not agile, but when paired with ranged units they can attack, defend and draw damage away.
How do I train one?
In order to train a Petrified Titan, first make sure you have a Gaea Spring Outpost with a Level 10 Training Camp. From there, click on your Training Camp and scroll to the very bottom to find Petrified Titans. When you select the Petrified Titan, you will be presented with a list of necessary Resources and Research levels. If you fulfill all of these requirements, you will then be able to train Petrified Titans.
In the list of requirements to train a Petrified Titan is also a new item: a Titan Seedling. Much like how each Fangtooth requires a Fangtooth Respirator, each Petrified Titan you wish to train requires one Titan Seedling. Without a Titan Seedling, Petrified Titans would be immobile and unable to fight successfully. Please keep in mind that each time you use a Titan Seedling it expires and cannot be used a second time. If your Petrified Titan is killed or you cancel the training of one, the Titan Seedling dies too and cannot be used again.
In order to acquire more Titan Seedlings you can purchase them in the Shop under the Arsenal tab.
Titan Seedlings are available in the wild as battle drops at Level 8-10 Forests and Anthropus Camps. An Amber Crest Dragon must be sent on the march in order to acquire Titan Seedlings.
