Cease Fire Treaty Explained

What is a Cease Fire Treaty and how do I use one?

How do I get a Cease Fire Treaty?

You can either purchase a Cease Fire Treaty from the Shop or if you are lucky enough, win one in Fortuna's Chance.

What happens when I use a Cease Fire Treaty?

Once you enact a Cease Fire Treaty your City and Outposts cannot be attacked by another player for 12 hours. Please keep in mind, while your City and Outposts may be safe with a Cease Fire Treaty, occupied Wilds will not be protected.

While under protection you will be unable to attack any player's City, Outposts, or owned . You are always able to attack Anthropus Camps whether under protection or not.

Why did I get attacked after using the Cease Fire Treaty?

If you are marching to another City or another player is marching towards your City prior to enacting the Cease Fire Treaty, the protection will not take effect until after the attack occurs. Any attacks launched before the Cease Fire Treaty is activated will not be affected and those marches will strike your City or Outposts.

Can I use more than one Cease Fire Treaty?

A player may use more than one Cease Fire Treaty at a time. Each additional Cease Fire used will extend the length of protection on a player by an additional 12 hours. For example, if a player uses three Cease Fire Treaties, then that player has 36 hours of protection from the time they were enacted.

What if I used my Cease Fire Treaty while under Beginner's Protection?

If a player is under Beginner Protection and enacts the Cease Fire Treaty, the protection period begins after the Beginner Protection ends.
