Battlegrounds: Scouting and Battle Reports

Commonly asked questions about Scouting and Battle Reports in Battlegrounds

Battle Reports

How do I view Battleground Reports?
When you send an Attack or Scout in the Battleground, you will instantly receive the Report. These Reports can be seen by clicking on the "Battleground Reports" link in your personal Battle Reports. You can also view these reports in the "Reports" section of your Alliance modal by clicking on the "Battleground Reports" link.

How will I know when the point my Alliance is controlling has been Attacked?
When you've been attacked in the Battleground, the point that has been attacked will flash red both on the Battleground map and at the top of the screen. Clicking on the flashing point will open your Attack Reports. Once you've opened your Attack Reports, the point will stop flashing red. Please note that this is player specific. Just because you opened the Attack Reports doesn't mean it will stop flashing red for another member of your Alliance. They will have to view the Attack Reports as well.

Why isn't the Battleground showing my Alliance has taken control of a point?
If you attack a point on the Battleground and control of the point shifts to yours or another Alliance, you may need to refresh your browser to see the change reflected on the map. If your Alliance is controlling the point, it will be green. If another Alliance is controlling the point, it will show as orange. If no Alliance is currently controlling the point, it will be gray.

Scouting

How much does it cost to Scout a point in the Battleground?
It costs 1,000 Silver to Scout a point in the Battleground.

NOTE: If you attack a point on the Battleground and control of the point shifts to yours or another Alliance, you may need to refresh your browser to see the change reflected on the map.
